Facilities are perfect. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Entrance is a bit hard to find.

Pool was closed, jacuzzi water (gentlemen) was way too hot. At least 45-50 degrees

If you are looking for a spacious room, I dont think there is a better option in HK. The regular room is upward of 40sqm when the average around HK is 20sqm.

It is a big hotel with a lot of events happening. Not the fault of the hotel but if you're looking for a more intimate stay, this is probably not the ideal stay. Wonderful hotel though!

I loved everything about our stay in the Kerry Hotel. Big shout out to Christine in the reception and Kit in The Wild Monkey bar for making our stay memorable!

Club Access afternoon tea, happy hour and all inclusive breakfast are well worth it. Memorable pre-mixed custom cocktails in old-school tincture bottles at the ready. Great amenities, a calm and enjoyable pool and lounge area, great view over Hong Kong harbour, well designed interiors and one of the best rooftop bars in town!

For a fresh and hip place like this (currently mostly catering to young Covid Staycationers) the menu needs a few more plant based and vegetarian options. Also oat milk should be a standard alternative to cow-utter-juice in any good hotel nowadays.

Stunning room with view. Grand bathroom. Most comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Great dinner buffet. Stunning pool overlooking the harbour. Need to book up the spa in advance as it was full whilst we were staying there. Great promenande along the waterfront accessible from the hotel and a 10-15 min walk to the new K11 Musea mall. Great for shopping.

We were offered the chance to upgrade to a harbor view room. The room we had already reserved was a city view and after visiting the Kerry, I'm certain it would've been a great room; however, the Harbor View room made us feel much more special. The bathroom was spacious, modern and clean; and I must say that it is the first time ever we've stayed in any type of modernly designed hotel where the water from the shower doesn't spill out or splash out from the shower cabin. The design of the bathroom is well thought out. There is even a small stool to sit on when blow drying your hair, applying make up or simply luxuriating in the perfectly lit bathroom. The toiletries and amenities were also very nice. We had access to the Club Lounge which gave us a little bit more intimacy; not that it was necessary because the Kerry Hotel is BIG! Really big! but it was a special touch to be served our hot breakfast items at the table. There are still many delicious choices from a well laid buffet but it is not one of those buffets you find in a holiday resort with endless repetitive dishes. This was classy. The SPA is extraordinarily spacious and the service was great. I loved the facial and my husband enjoyed his deep tissue massage. A bit on the pricey side but it was worth the extra luxury. The hot oil treatment was a dream. The service and attention was grand. It's wonderful old Hong Kong quality and superlative service with the modernities of these times. The Kerry Hotel is a true urban resort. It is an opportunity to enjoy a big format hotel as you would when you travel but in a quiet neighborhood, with magnificent views of HKG Island, great restaurant choices, a fabulous endless pool and so much more. Love, love, love it! Literally, you can arrive, by train, land, or sea! The Hung Hom Ferry terminal is at the landing of the Kerry Hotel. Great beds and linens!

I'm being petty but, I would have preferred a little more light or a more visible sign to the restrooms in the premises. And I would have liked 3 or 4 USB ports around the bed night table. The hotel provides a beautiful cube alarm-everything clock which comes with cables for charging 3 items and 2 spare USB ports in the back. It's a cute little gadget but it is designed for Apple products. I'm a Samsung kinda gal. The night stand also has a drawer with an electric outlet to which I was able to plug in my own charger. But! considering how beautiful the room is, a few extra general USB ports wouldn't hurt. Lastly, this is a personal pet peeve: The closet area is open, there is lots of space to put your things if you unpack, but no drawers or closet doors. Again, in such a beautiful room, a closed closet would be neater.

Such a newly built hotel should provide more USB ports in the room for the convenicency of travellers. It's a pity that there is none.

The room was extremely clean and safe considering we have a 1 year old! The food was fantastic and staff very friendly and warm.

Food at Dockside

The location was convenient with easy access to public transport and a shopping hub. Moreover, it’s right by the harbour so the view of Victoria Harbour was fantastic, especially the infinity pool looking out. Staff were friendly too. Our room was spacious and even though we were located next to the elevator, it wasn’t noisy at all. Our in-room breakfast was excellent!

HK has too many people and with this weekend being an extended public holiday, I was expecting a large crowd which proved to be true with the line for the infinity pool. I was only able to use the pool once and it was the evening slot. If you don’t line up 30-40mins in advance for the next time slot, don’t bother trying to get into the pool during the day; it was quite frustrating. I was also disappointed with the choice of restaurants in the hotel as I was expecting more.
